LaGyo just released a new set of headpieces, hats, and fun jewelry...I saw this helmet as a preview pic of the new releases from Gyorgyna Larnia's flickr, and it was pretty much love at first sight. Normally, I don't go for accessories as wacky as this, but from the moment I saw the photo of Gyorgyna wearing this, I had this exact image in my head. It's just so much fun and adorable and I HAD to have it! Wasted Youth's Feather Skirt was the perfect add for my flight, along with cropped top and boots from Vive9 and completed with tights from Awram-Viie. Also, the skin I'm wearing is one of the new CStar Skins...Fresh, and though the line isn't completely released yet, you can still pick up some basic colors and makeup looks at the store.

I must also mention that Pasarella Modeling Agency is having a show tomorrow, February 19, at 1pm SLT. Designers represented are: Donna Flora, House of Xevion, Finesmith, Guarded Cross, Sys, Vita's Boudoir, Mea Culpa, 3636, and Violator. If you didn't already know, in Central Park there is a section dedicated the late, great John Lennon, perfectly called Strawberry Fields. I've never been there, but I will when I decide to come out of hibernation (when I found out it was 7 degrees out one morning, I went back up to my room and jumped under the covers). Since I hate the cold and want to stay inside as much as possible, I decided to go to Strawberry Fields in Second Life.


Since Strawberry Fields is fairly close to Lincoln Center, I booked some tickets to a show and, of course, I need to dress for the occassion. Wasted Youth has a *fabulous* sale section (fabulous finds for $50-75L!) and I found this gorgeous pink corset dress and lace cage skirt, and decided to build around them. Using items from Awram-Viie, loveme., tram, chuculet, and Whippet & Buck, I pulled together a wonderful "poor little rich girl" look, almost Blair Waldorf-like, with a touch of edge from the leopard print tights.


Living is easy with eyes closed, Misunderstanding all you see. It's getting hard to be someone, but it all works out. It doesn't matter much to me.

When I got home, I modified my outfit, switching my hairstyle, shoes, putting on the full corset dress, and changing shrugs. I went out dancing with some friends, got home at 4 in the morning. Ohhhh yeah.

Sometimes style doesn't need to be outrageous and layered. It can be simply beautiful, simply elegant, simply chic. Some may think Glam is solely flashy and with a lot of components, but, it can minimalistic. And when I walked into Glam Affair to see their new Nero line, my jaw had to drop. Let's just say, Viva La Glam.


The Elanor outfit was the first thing that caught my eye, and when I tried it on at home, like most of my clothes I had an urge to layer and mix and match. But, not with Elanor. It is perfect and simple, just the way it is. Absolutely beautiful and sexy, this all over lace look is definitely something that can be worn for a scandalous night out, or in the bedroom.

 To introduce the Nero line, Glam Affair has put out some hunt gifts that you can purchase for $15. It gives you a great taste of this high fashion noir line without breaking the bank, with gems such as this Jadis skin, with a sexy black lace mask over one eye to compliment the other Nero outfits. The full Jadis line is found within the main store.

Also, JustMine!!! has a great sale on their fabulous, FABULOUS shoes. Normally $299 (still priced that way on SL Marketplace, so it's best to just go to the in-world store), all shoes are at only $99!
